Nice, quiet community|Recommended: YesI'll give you the worst you'll find at Enclave first - Old roofs and cheap appliances. That's all I can complain about here. The walls are great - only people I hear are people in our apartment. Nobody parks in my parking spot and there are plenty of non-reserved spaces for visitors. The pools and gym are nice, well kept. Maintenance and office staff are honest and reliable. It's a stroll away from Enterprise Dog Park and Lake Chattaqua Park. My favorite thing about Enclave is all my neighbors are good people. There are no Stranger Dangers near my building. Plenty of good, nice kids. Also very quiet and well lit at night.

Beautiful Landscaping and Quite Neighborhood |Recommended: YesA great place for people with dogs because it's right across from the best dog park in Clearwater The grounds are always groomed and beautiful, so you don't have to worry about spending your weekends keeping up a house.
One thing that is not to great is the employees tend to smoke all around the complex, so many times I walk out of my apartment and into a cloud of cigarette smoke. Also, one of the employees tends to get a little to personal and makes me feel uncomfortable sometimes when he is talking to me.
The gym is clean and there are never to many people in the building. I love that it is right next to the pool, so I can jump into the pool after a good work out. One of the two treadmills has been out for a while, and I wish that would mended.
Overall though, the leasing agents are great and the atmosphere around the complex is peaceful and friendly.
Love it Here |Recommended: YesI have lived here for 5 years and love it It does not feel like apartments, or a house..it is a HOME. The amentities give it a great feel, the neighborhood grounds makes it feel so comfortable and homey, and it's convenient to everything.

I am very happy with the complex|Recommended: YesThis is a very quiet and peaceful apartment community. The buildings are well constructed which means I almost never hear my neighbors. They have interesting floor plans and great community amenities. My one criticism would be for the upgraded units. The improved appliances are a good thing, but the rest of the upgrade was just a coat of paint to the original cabinets and a faux finish to the original formica countertops.
Small and quiet community|Recommended: YesSmall, quiet complex Needs upgrades to amenities tennis court, landscaping, etc Units also need some upgrades but everything is kept in working order and to date the staff have been responsive Overall, we've stayed, that should say something
